PatioScape Pomona Sunrooms was founded in 2024 with one straightforward goal: give Pomona homeowners a sunroom contractor they could actually trust. The Pomona Valley has a unique mix of older mid-century homes, intense inland heat, and tight-knit neighborhoods where a well-built addition makes a real difference in daily life - and the area deserved a contractor who understood all of that.
From the historic streets near Lincoln Park to the neighborhoods out by Cal Poly Pomona and the Fairplex, our team works on homes all across this city. We know that Pomona summers regularly push past 100 degrees, that Santa Ana winds test every seal and panel, and that homes from the 1940s through 1960s sometimes need extra preparation before a new room can be added properly.
Every project we take on is permitted through the City of Pomona, built to California seismic standards, and designed to perform in this specific climate. We serve 12 communities across the greater Pomona Valley, and every homeowner gets the same straightforward process: a free on-site estimate, a written contract before work begins, and a finished room they are proud to show off.
Every project goes through the City of Pomona's Building and Safety Division. You receive a copy of the final permit paperwork to keep in your home records - because you will need it when you sell.
Before work begins, you get a written schedule. If anything changes - inspections, materials, or weather - we call you before the deadline passes, not after the fact.
Every sunroom we build uses glass and insulation rated for the inland heat. We do not apply coastal specs to an Inland Empire climate - Pomona summers are different, and the materials reflect that.
The price in your contract is the price you pay. If unforeseen site conditions come up, we call you first - nothing gets added to your bill without your written approval.
State-licensed and fully insured sunroom contractor. California requires all sunroom and room-addition contractors to carry a current state license - ask to see ours before any work begins.
We carry general liability insurance on every project. If something unexpected happens during construction on your property, you are protected.
